Conditions of Sale

Our Conditions of Sale are as follows:

1. Payment
Payment is in AED or other currency at our discretion and includes all taxes. Cash, Cheque, Direct Bank transfer or 100% Credit Card payment is required before delivery. Personal Cheques require 3-5 days to clear before delivery can be undertaken. Prepayment is also required for goods requiring installation at a Customers premises. Goods remain the property of Falaknaz the Warehouse until full payment has been received.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

2. Delivery
For invoices above 1000AED we offer Free delivery (Excluding Ceiling fans & Awnings) to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi City according to our next available date. For other Emirates including Deliveries to the Western Region, delivery charges apply. For invoice values less than 1000AED, a delivery charge will be applied. For Ceiling fans and Awnings, a delivery and installation fee will be provided per order. Deliveries for 2nd Floor level and above are only made through Service Elevators. It is customers responsibility to check measurements when ordering furniture to make sure that the products can be delivered to the floor, room and location required to avoid problems and delays at time of delivery. If goods have to be redelivered then there will be re-delivery charge of 300AED to be settled prior to redelivery. The customer is to sign the delivery note to signify the goods are received in good condition and quality. Claims of any nature cannot be entertained later. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make the delivery. If you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your query. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

3. Orders
Goods not in stock may be ordered from us subject to Customer and Company entering into a “Confirmation of Customer Order” agreement. We will endeavor to deliver goods in time scale agreed but this cannot be guaranteed.

4. Storage
Goods must be collected within 30 days from date of invoice after which 5% per month storage charge will apply.

5. Exchange or Refunds
Furniture once dispatched cannot be exchanged or refunded. Exchanges and refund requests on other items will be considered if an application is made within 7 days of the date of purchase provided that:-
-Customer presents original invoice as proof of purchase
-Products are in the original packed condition. No exchange can be considered if original manufacturers packing has been disposed of by customer.
-There will be a restocking charge of 10% of invoice value.
-Promotional or Sale items are non exchangeable and non refundable

6. Cancellations
Order cancellations prior to delivery are settled through Credit Note or Gift Vouchers valid for 365 days with 10% of invoice value deducted as a processing charge.

7. Product Specifications
Customers accept that there may be slight colour variations between fabric batches and paint and finishing colours swatches for furniture. Some leather and fabric colours will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight. All dimensions specified in the Company’s Catalogues are approximate and we reserve the right to alter the specification of products in accordance with our commitment to quality and continuous improvement without prior notice. Photographs are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly match the product itself.
The Warehouse takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes, deviations or omissions to any information given.

9. Warranties
All products sold by Falaknaz the Warehouse are warranted for minimum one year (or longer if specifically agreed in writing) against manufacturing defect. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.

10 Law
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. Goods are sold subject to the Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
