Refunds and Returns

Furniture once dispatched cannot be exchanged or refunded. Exchanges and refund requests on other items will be considered if an application is made within 7 days of the date of purchase provided that:-
-Customer presents original invoice as proof of purchase
-Products are in the original packed condition. No exchange can be considered if original manufacturers packing has been disposed of by customer.
-There will be a restocking charge of 10% of invoice value.
-Promotional or Sale items are non exchangeable and non refundable
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
